Update hunspell from 1.7.2 to 1.7.3.

Upstream 1.7.3 is a patch release with multiple crash and memory-safety fixes, including stack-buffer-overflow and stack overflow fixes, plus additional bounds checks and hardening. The release notes also mention small API additions and build fixes, but no explicit breaking change or dependency shift is documented.

Stability decision: approve
Packaging impact: source refresh only; rebuild in a clean niceos-5.2 buildroot and verify build/runtime smoke tests
Compatibility watchpoints: suggestion/compound output in edge cases may change, so test baselines should be checked
