Update less from 699 to 700.

Upstream evidence reviewed:

  • GitHub compare v699...v700 shows 13 commits and 8 files changed.
  • NEWS in the v700 tag documents multiple user-visible behavior changes.
  • The upstream website snapshot still lags the tag and lists older releases as current, so this should be treated cautiously.

Main risk points:

  • OSC 8 env vars were renamed from LESS_OSC8_xxx to LESS_OSC8_OPEN_xxx.
  • Prompt handling changed from %o to shell-quoted %O.
  • While waiting for file data, only ^C and ^X now interrupt.
  • lesskey and prompt-related paths need targeted regression testing.

Packaging impact:

  • Update Source0 and refresh lookaside/source hashes for v700.
  • No new BuildRequires/Requires are indicated by the upstream notes.
  • Revalidate shipped profile.d scripts and installed helper binaries.

Decision: manual review recommended before landing on NiceOS Core.
