Upstream rootlesskit was updated from 2.3.5 to 2.3.6.

Assessment for NiceOS (stable/RHEL-like profile):

Upstream release notes are short and only explicitly mention a dependency bump: github.com/containernetworking/plugins v1.9.0.
No CVE, security advisory, CLI/API removal, or config-format change was found in the available release notes.
Main residual risk is rootless/container networking behavior because the package is used in rootless container workflows and the change touches CNI-related dependencies.
