Update rsync from 3.4.1-1 to 3.4.3.

Upstream NEWS for 3.4.3 reports six CVEs fixed and also includes a regression fix for directory symlink handling in --copy-dirlinks. The release notes indicate protocol 32 remains unchanged and do not describe ABI breaks or option removals.

Risk assessment: compatibility risk appears manageable, but this is still a core package with daemon-mode exposure and security-sensitive code paths. Please require manual review and staged build/runtime smoke testing before promotion.

Packaging notes:

Revalidate the existing downstream patches against 3.4.3.
Confirm rsync, rsync-daemon, and rrsync subpackages still build and install cleanly.
No new upstream build dependencies are indicated by the release notes.
