Update umockdev from 0.19.4 to 0.19.7.

Upstream evidence reviewed:

  • GitHub release/tag 0.19.7 exists
  • compare view 0.19.4...0.19.7 shows 5 commits
  • release note is short: tests: Don't assume a fixed baud rate when identifying ttys
